The Fort’s buffet will feature a raw bar with peel and eat shrimp, fresh oysters on the half shell, and salmon lox. Special brunch items include: fresh fruit and pastries, Eggs Benedict “Arnold,” and bison maple sausage. Chef Trevor will prepare a variety of classic Fort dishes throughout the day and feature a carving station of fine roasted meats.
