The Famous Fort salad with mixed garden greens, diced Jicama, pickled ginger, toasted pepitas and choice of home made dressings
Second Course Entrée:
A 7 ounce aged New York Steak topped with a three peppercorn sauce, classic butter and sour cream mashed potatoes, and the Chef's special game meat quenelle (similar to a light sausage patty), chefs choice of vegetables.
Third Course Dessert:
The Fort's Chile Chocolate Bourbon cake a la mode with vanilla bean ice cream and homemade caramel sauce drizzled over the plate.
