Nestled among Morrison's red rocks with sweeping views of Denver and the foothills beyond, The Fort is a full-scale adobe replica of Bent's Old Fort — Colorado's legendary first fur-trading post. Exchange your vows on our one-of-a-kind helicopter pad, where red rocks and open sky frame every moment. Then gather on our covered patio beside crackling fireplaces, or move inside for a reception steeped in warmth and history — adobe walls, award-winning wild game cuisine, and a setting no ballroom can replicate.

For your ceremony, The Fort's newly remodeled helicopter pad offers stunning views of downtown Denver and the foothills, with horses grazing on the property and 50 acres of grounds for photos.
For dinner, treat your guests to Colorado fare unlike anything they'll find in the city — Buffalo, Quail, and our signature Elk Chop alongside classics like our NY Strip and Cha Cha Chicken. To start, choose from a wide array of buffet and passed appetizers, including our Rocky Mountain Charcuterie Platter featuring wild boar, buffalo, elk, and rattlesnake and rabbit sausages with seasonal cheeses and fruit. Close the evening with one of our house desserts and a tomahawk champagne toast.
Your wedding party will also have exclusive use of our hospitality suite, complete with a full kitchen and bathroom — a comfortable and private space to prepare, gather, and get ready before the celebration begins.
