Colorado Day - August 1

Celebrate Colorado Day at The Fort on Saturday, August 1, as we honor 150 years of Colorado with a full day of art, music, history, and unforgettable experiences. There's no better place to celebrate the spirit of the Centennial State than at The Fort!

Spend the day exploring our courtyard filled with talented local artisans, live music, and delicious bites from our food truck. As the sun sets, the celebration continues with a memorable Colorado Day dinner experience. Upgrade any steak to a Gonzales style steak, which is stuffed with New Mexico hatch green chile and topped with a freshly grilled chile pod, at no additional cost and a Colorado Peach Melba Sundae with raspberry sauce, vanilla ice cream and whipped topping for $8.

Enjoy special performances by the Denver Singers, featuring Native American dance and song on our beautiful back patio, along with live music from Andre LaMotte, creating an evening that celebrates Colorado's rich cultural heritage.

Colorado Day also falls during one of our Enhanced Weekends, giving you even more to enjoy. Meet and shop with featured artists Gwen Ahlers, Mary Biefel, Gisela Boderke, JoDene Sherwood, and Erin Sloan, and enjoy live performances on Saturday by André LaMotte and Sunday by Andréana Cortés.

Whether you're a Colorado native or just love everything that makes our state special, gather your family and friends and celebrate 150 years of Colorado with us at The Fort. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
